For us they intervened with the tile suppliers to send back crap tiles offered design advice on matters we were not aware of went with us to the toilet and vanity suppliers to smooth the way got in probably the best tiler in Sydney, we thought supplied detailed paperwork and progress invoices throughout, all to Aust Standards. You will not get the cheapest price around here but you will be happy ever after. We found our way to them through neighbours and they are happy too.”
